Scheduling Scenarios

  • After asking the client, “What does your schedule look like on a regular basis?” They say, “It’s inconsistent or It’s all over.”
    • We say, “What does your schedule look like tomorrow? What does it look like the next day? 
  • The client asks “What is the regular class schedule?” 
    • “We have classes before and after 5:30 which is convenient for working and nonworking parents. What does your schedule look like on a regular basis?
  • The client asks “Do you have any specials or family discounts?” 
    • Yes, we offer prepay discounts with all of our programs. How long have you been considering getting involved in martial arts?


Scheduling Additions:

When a client walks through the door inquiring about classes:

  1. Have them fill out a consultation form to collect their contact information.
  2. Schedule an intro lesson if possible. 
  3. If you are teaching a lesson, inform the client that you will call them back later today to schedule a lesson.

 

When a client calls inquiring about classes:

  1. Collect their contact information.
  2. Add the contact to the CRM.
  3. Schedule an introductory lesson, if possible.
  4. If an introductory lesson was not scheduled, follow the lead contact sequence.
