Adding New Class Times

Ensure that the old schedules are discarded and replaced with the new ones.

When initially creating a location’s class schedule, we purposefully leave extra class slots open to maximize opportunities for sales to enroll new students. Once these new students have enrolled and filled up a class to approximately 16 students, we can then transition to offering new class periods within those previously empty sales timeslots. This allows us to expand our class offerings to accommodate the growing number of students. The District Manager will add these new class times to the schedule. Once the schedule is finalized, we will print and laminate updated copies to replace the existing physical schedule in the studio.

When selecting new class times, it’s important to consider the age of the students. Generally, older children (8-12 years old) tend to be more adaptable to later class times, such as a 7pm class, while younger children (3-4 years old) may be better suited for earlier class times.
