It’s very important that anytime we give items away, we record the expenses in the Rainmaker expense report. You may give a free t-shirt away for a Google review, need a new pair of MMA shorts for yourself or a team member, or have a new team member who needs uniforms and sparring equipment. If these expenses are not tracked, we do not have accurate numbers at the end of the year, which makes our accountants very unhappy.

- Add Expenses / View Expenses
- Enter Expense.
Note: The expense dollar amount is the total wholesale cost. In other words, it’s the amount that we pay for the item. If you are unsure of the cost, you can refer to the ‘Package Log Sheet’ found in your Google Drive. Here, all of our wholesale costs are listed.
