Injured Staff

 

 

Step 1:
Have the employee fill out the Workman’s Comp Injury Report using the following link:

Step 2:
Send the completed Workman’s Comp Injury Report to the insurance provider.

Step 3:
After submitting the report, the case will be assigned to an “Adjuster” or “Caseworker.” When the adjuster contacts you, obtain the caseworker’s name, policy number, phone number, and fax number.

Step 4:
Share this information with the injured employee. Instruct them to contact the hospitals or clinics they visited to provide this information, as it is required for billing the insurance company.

Step 5:
Wait for the adjuster’s instructions and follow the necessary steps as directed.
