Its primary focus is on the district manager’s growth and leadership capabilities. During staff meetings, district managers should be actively identifying potential issues within their district and posing insightful questions. The regional manager should document these observations on the assessment to provide positive reinforcement. 

Conversely, if crucial information is missing, the regional manager should note this for future development. It is essential for district managers to proactively share information and explanations with the regional manager during the assessment process.
